CATHOLICS COMING HOME Do you know of someone who has left the Catholic Church? As baptized, practicing Catholics, we have a precious gift of faith from the Lord with the directive to share our faith with those who are not practicing. Many inactive Catholics are waiting for an invitation to return. For a variety of reasons, some mistakenly think they are excommunicated and are not welcome. The Avon Catholic Community has a program called Catholics Coming Home to help non-practicing Catholics return to the Church in a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere. The six-week series begins Sunday, April 7 at 5:00 p.m. Pick up a pamphlet after Mass and send it to someone who might be interested. Feel free to accompany someone to the program if it would make them feel more comfortable. To register or for questions, please call Deacon Larry Gregg at 440-360-7738
